Koivula - Small cottage with nice lake views

Compact cottage near the beach and view of the lake really great. In the yard a wood-heated sauna, just a few meters down the stairs to the pier, where also a table for a stay. In the neighboring area there is a boat boat with partial sighting (clear view from the dock).

The rear of the cottage is 20 meters away from the back wall of the cottage to the side of the guest boat, mainly walking. The yard does not have a blind eye on the road. On the other side, next door to the main sandy beach of the main building and a small sauna, not permanent use. The cottage is well suited for two people, a living room. However, applying a sofa can accommodate two extra beds.

56 km south of Savonlinna. Lake Saimaa/Pihlajavesi 15 m, shallow water, firm sandy bottom. Own boat.

Wooden cabin 1980, renovated 1991, kitchen, living room with sofabed, bedroom with 2 beds which are joined together (can be separated), shower room, open veranda. Separate lakeside sauna, dressing room.
